Before going to the beach, I asked the bartender for Margarita but bartender
recommends for tequila sunrise if I prefer a tequila-based cocktail. because
he does not have a blender for the frozen margarita. I said ok make tequila sunrise.
by the time when making a cocktail, he told me, how this tequila sunrise was been created. I got curious to learn more about it.

The original Tequila sunrise was made of tequila, creme de cassis, fresh lime juice
and soda water in the early 1930s at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel.
the cocktail I was drinking tequila sunrise was the modern version of a tequila sunrise.
it's very well balanced of tequila, fresh orange juice and grenadine syrup with ice in
a tom collins glass. it was invented the early 1970s by bartender Bobby Lozoff at the Trident in
Sausalito California.
Omg, drinking Tequila sunrise on the beach site and just the sound of
waves hitting the shore, wow so amazing. so relaxing. Beautiful cocktail effect of sunrise red to orange from the bottom of the glass.
Recipes;
45 ml Tequila Bianco
90 ml fresh orange juice
15 ml Grenadine syrup
Orange slice and cherry for garnish
Method;
Fill the ice in the Collin glass Add Tequila and the Orange juice and shake it, add Grenadine syrup and Stir gently to create the Sunrise effect. Garnish with orange slice and red cherry and serve.
