Aperol spritz, Italian Based cocktail inspired by the Venetian mix of white wine and soda & slice of Orange. The all-time favorite cocktail consists of Aperol, sparkling wine( most recommended with Prosseco) & a splash of soda with a beautiful garnish with orange slice.

Perfect Italian aperitifs also perfect for the summer season, light alcohol and vibrant orange color lights up your toasts and enhance your joy in every moment.

One of my best cocktail simple and easy to make at home. I love to invite my friends at home and open a bottle of Aperol and sparkling wine or prosecco mix together then enjoy the moment. it's a favorite cocktail of everyone else. I would say this is actually a very friendly cocktail.

Best Recipes:

50 ml Aperol
75 ml Prosseco
splash of Soda water & orange slice.

Method:

Traditionally served in a wine glass with ice cubes simply build with Aperol, prosecco, and a splash of soda stir gently and garnish with Orange slice.

commonly this cocktail serve with 3 shot prosecco, 2 shot Aperol and 1 shot of soda water but you are always right to adjust the recipes according to your preferences.
